artist bio

Reade Weber is an abstract sculptural artist whose practice is rooted in lived experience—particularly the layered realities of neurodivergence, motherhood, and embodied presence. Working with both natural and human-made found materials, her sculptural works explore the spectrums of identity, perception, and inclusion through tactile engagement and intuitive composition.

Her process is deeply informed by movement, observation, and collection—gathering objects from the land and urban landscape to merge organic textures with constructed forms. By integrating diverse elements Weber weaves narratives that speak to transformation, resilience, and interconnection.

With a background in design, curation, and education, Weber brings a values-driven sensibility to her work—foregrounding accessibility, ecological awareness, and the honoring of difference. Her installations invite stillness and reflection, offering layered environments that ask viewers to consider what is visible, what is sensed, and what lies between.

Weber holds a BFA in Painting from the University of Oregon and an MS in Design & Human Environment from Oregon State University, where she researched emotional responses to sustainable spaces.
